Single hop west coast IPA using dried hop leaves. This recipe will be duplicated exactly using fresh hops for comparison. Since dried hops are 8-10% moisture and fresh hops are 75-80% moisture duplicating this recipe exactly means adding 10x the weight in hops as this recipe calls for. I intended to use Cara 20 Belgian malt, but it wasn't available to me so I used CaraHell instead. I also wanted Crystal 15 but it, too was unavailable so I used Crystal 30.
