1- Increasing Brew Kettle Trub Loss to 0.752- 360g DME in 1200mL starter. Set OG on starter calculator to 1.1. Based on approximate age of yeast 2 months) it’s possible I’m only at 570B cells when correct calculation says I need 660B. Should have added much more DME.3- Had to pour some of the mash liquid out through the valve into the HLT because the amount of water and grain combined made it impossible to close the mash ton, it almost overflowed. Memorial Day Sunday with JoshDidn't use GypsumAfter 2 weeks, 5 gallons at 1.007 into secondary on 6/11/17. Tastes very acidic, even swirling in mouth with mango, it's not great.
