1- Increasing Brew Kettle Trub Loss to 0.752- 360g DME in 1200mL starter. Set OG on starter calculator to 1.1. Based on approximate age of yeast 2 months) it’s possible I’m only at 570B cells when correct calculation says I need 660B. Should have added much more DME.3- Had to pour some of the mash liquid out through the valve into the HLT because the amount of water and grain combined made it impossible to close the mash ton, it almost overflowed. Josh is here helping, little hop boil over, put final hop in at 53 minutes, not flame put, oops!After 21 days, 4.5 gallons at 1.008 into secondary on 6/5/16, tasted much more flavorful, the orange and lemon came through much nicer with this updated recipe.

1st all-grain by myselfAccidentally forgot gypsum until 5 minutes into the 60 minute mash, added 1 tsp.2 packs of yeastAfter 15 days, 4.5 gallons at 1.015 into secondary on 5/1/16, tasted heavy.
