-Mash temp seemed high and I seemed to have got a low efficiency (figured out and adjusted recipient after)- will have to see how mash temp effects attenuation. Temp could have also effected efficiency if it was too high for too long- I think my effciency could also be linked to my sparge. I did not let it drain a long time, and I may have poured too much sparge water on it, need to have better technique for this in future I think-another note here about efficiency is I need to use appropriate ...
