(Include any important notes from brew day until tasting)
-Mash temp seemed high and I seemed to have got a low efficiency (figured out and adjusted recipient after)
- will have to see how mash temp effects attenuation. Temp could have also effected efficiency if it was too high for too long
- I think my effciency could also be linked to my sparge. I did not let it drain a long time, and I may have poured too much sparge water on it, need to have better technique for this in future I think
-another note here about efficiency is I need to use appropriate water for mash for size of grain bill. Seems like 1-1.25 quarts per pound is right (I may have done too much water for amount of grain)
- gravity on 2/24/2021: 1.018-1.019
- gravity on 3/2/2021: 1.018 (so no change)

Based on boiling 1.75gallonsliters at NaN for 45 minutes, this will decrease your wort by 0.00gallonsliters, bringing your after boil OG to NaN.
You wanted an OG of 1.056. It looks like it will be over.
