Added 10g gypsum to "mash", whirlfloc at 15min.Aramis hops are quite woody. Lots of plant matter in the kettle. Bottling wand clogged several times towards the end of the bucket.Carbonated to 3.2 volumes, but only ended up with about 4.75 gallons in the bottling bucket due to dry hops absorption.
Added 2 tsp (approx 9g) gypsum to the brewing water.Boiled with 1/3 of the Pilsener LME (appox 3.5 lbs), 0.5 lbs of the Wheat LME and the dextrose. Added the remaining Pilsener LME at the end of the boil / whirlpool.Strained as much of the hop matter as was possible on the way into the fermenter.
