Added 10g gypsum to "mash", whirlfloc at 15min. Aramis hops are quite woody. Lots of plant matter in the kettle. Bottling wand clogged several times towards the end of the bucket. Carbonated to 3.2 volumes, but only ended up with about 4.75 gallons in the bottling bucket due to dry hops absorption.
