FWH the 25 min addition Got an OG of 1.050 with about 5.5 gallons of wort, for an efficiency of only 55% (expected 77% efficiency to get 1.068, what I actually got was 62% efficiency assuming I boiled off the 1/2 gallon got arrive at 5 gallons of 1.055)
