Using advice from Genus Brewing (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Lgb8NfVFvic) - less dry hopping, more whirlpooling, no keg addition. Batch made 10/10/2022 did not sustain high mash temp - started at 157, dropped to 151 by the end of the mash; extended mash time by 20 mins. Boil off was more than intended; ended up with only about 23L so I topped it up to 25L in the fermenter.
