Batch made 10/10/2022 did not sustain high mash temp - started at 157, dropped to 151 by the end of the mash; extended mash time by 20 mins. Boil off was more than intended; ended up with only about 23L so I topped it up to 25L in the fermenter. Forgot to adjust for refractometer calculator when finding point at which to start dry-hopping and only got to it at 1.013
