Robobrewer system. Brewed on 25/10/20 SG 1.034 after hopping on transfer to fermenter. OG after wort boil 1.041. Had problem with circulation pump so could not circulate during mashing. Final FG 1.008

One from my own Village. May change the hop ratio, profile show a good balance, may need to be more hoppy! Will maybe up the hops on future brews. Had no Maris Otter, so used Crisp Extra Pale Malt, usually I would use 1.5 Kg each in this Grain Bill.
