Add Galaxy at flameout for one gallon in addition to the Mosaic at flameout - refer to it as 'Galaxy Brew' Target Mash Temp: 153 Actual Mash Temp: 152 Mash reads 153F should be 149F Stirred once after 20mins, seemed to drop 1degree. Mash therm not really working at all. Stirred a second time with 20 mins left, dropped another 2 degrees. Added 2 cups of water at 195F. Measured temp again and it was 150F.
