Tasting Notes (1)

Tasted on 2/11/2022 by fl-surfdog

Notes:

The aroma is caramel the taste is a hint of peppery spice but more of a coriander, banana flowery. The color is spot on, head retention is good with nice lacing. I don't get any plum or raisin like I wanted in the taste, but that still may form with a little aging. pretty good beer
