All Grain English Porter homebrew recipe. This homebrew recipe uses the following ingredients: 2-Row - US, Biscuit Malt - BE, Munich - Light 10L - US, Chocolate Malt - US, Carapils - DE, CaraMunich I - DE, Aromatic Malt - UK
, Black Patent Malt - UK, Honey - US, Galena Hops, Cascade Hops, Tettnang Hops, Wyeast Irish Ale 1084 Homebrew Yeast, Nutmeg, Ginger, Irish Moss.
8% - Munich - Light 10L - US
1% - Black Patent Malt - UK
Wyeast Irish Ale 1084
No mash steps in this recipe
Aslo add 3/8 tsp Ground mace at 15 minute along with other spices
Secondary Dry hop with 1 cinnamon stick, 3/4 tsp Nutmeg, 1/2 tsp Ground mace, 1 clove, 3/4 tsp ginger root

This was a terrific Porter. Not too much pumpkin flavor, and a nice after taste of ginger.
