Mixed 6 cans of Pumpkin puree with 1 gall of water, and heated it to 152 deg F. Set is aside. 1 gal, went in the boil pot 15 min from start. 1/2 gal, added at the 55 min. Plan is to add the last 1/2 gallon, in dry hop style, 1 week prior to bottling
