Mash Schedule Strike grains with 1.61 gal of water at 164.3 °F. Mash at 152 °F for 60 min. Rinse the grain in 0.41 gal sparge water at 168 °F. Drain the grain bag and combine the mash and sparge water to make 1.5 gal wort.

Add cold water to bring total volume to 3 Gal

Pitch yeast when <70 degrees ; closer to 65 is ideal
