Caramunich III = Thomas Fawcett Crystal = Pauls Malt medium Crystal (mark 5) Extra dark crystal = Pauls Malt Crystal extra Dark = Crystal Dark/Crystal 400 Muntons Usado nugget 13g Scott Janish para 10 litros 30g cold brew em 300 ml de agua (ferver agua mineral antes, e depois resfriar p evitar oxidacao) usado 300ml de cold bixo (30g de cafe) 1,5g CaSO4 3g CaCl2 1,5g Bicarbonato de Soda Strike water 11 L (panela fica bem cheia) Sparge Water 5 L 3g fermocel Aerar mosto (temperatura menor que 20C) por aprox 1 minuto. Ajustado malte Pale Ale para que FG fique aprox 1.018, ABV 8.1% (para isso aumentado tbm a temp de brassagem para 68C).
