Started home brewing with extracts around Summer of 2012. A lover of all of the BJCP styles, I especially dig Belgians, IPAs, and Stouts.

Slightly scorched malt. Fermented on the counter in the kitchen. Temps were all over the place. Reached 80 deg F before I covered it with a wet towel. Then an usual cold snap (and us not ready to turn the heat on yet) dropped the temps to 65 deg F before I wrapped it in a heating pad.
