Brewing since 1997, I love the freshness that home brew affords. I have not moved to All Grain, and dont Plan to for now, I meet all my needs with partial mashing and extracts. 99% of the time I would not taste the difference between extracts with adjuncts or all grain brewing. Its all great beer. None of it Miller or Bud! I Cook, Make my own Bacon, sausage, Tofu, Soy and Almond milks. I make smoked salmon, ham, as well as BEER.

I added a pound of MaltoDextrin for mouth feel I put in 1.5 onces of hops in a hop sock in the 60 minute boil , but I think it was to tight, and may have held back the hop utilization. Fermented fast and minimal Krousen
