second time using robobrew, hopefullt works out well. attempted sparging again, this time went a lot better, but ended up with 7 gallons to boil with SG of 1.044, should have been 1.062. Need to boil longer than originally intended

11/12 sg check shows only half fermentation. Added packet of salfale s05...not sure what will happen. testing sg again later this week when adding cocoa nibs or coffee beans

did not hit og by .010, i think this is because my mash temp was not high enough?

this may not be accurate....did not mash high enough, thermometer was unreliable, and hops were not thought out properly. Color is not ideal, and less volume in fermenter than expected..we will see! Good to experiment.

Pre boil OG was a little lower than expected after mash (too much water to start). add 2 lbs of honey to boil after 25 minutes

First 1 gallon batch- apparently this is ALL extract, no grains. Not sure how this will be different in the end, but the boil is so simple its concerning
