at tetning hots with 20 min remaiing

reduce to 50 degrees before pitching yeast

ferment for 3-4 days at 50 degrees

raise up to 55 degrees when the krausen drops by half
8.
slowly raise temp and rack to keg
9.
allow to condition for 2-3 weeks before serving
