No mash steps in this recipe

Special Instructions

1.
mash @160 for 1 hour
2.
add strike water 170 to bring to 6.5 gal boil volume
3.
boil for 60 min, adding maltodexterin and alcohol boost package for full amount of the boil
4.
add yeast nutrient at 15 min to end of boil
5.
cool rapidly, OG should be approx 1.10

Tired of waiting. Added cold brew, added to keg and set up to carb.

Notes:

after more yeast, still only at 1.032. letting this raise up in temp and adding flavor. Taste overall is decent, slightly bitter but it doesnt stick with you. may rethink coffee though and decide to make this fruit or chocolate

Notes:

11/12 sg check shows only half fermentation. Added packet of salfale s05...not sure what will happen. testing sg again later this week when adding cocoa nibs or coffee beans
