This one had an amazing fermentation which required a quick change from a normal airlock to a blowoff tube which probably helped in getting rid of some junk !! Looking forward to this one!

I've had my share of excitable yeast proliferation as well! I've switched to 6-1/2 gallon fermenters to give me time to switch to blowoff tubes. I bought Citra this weekend. Hope to brew up this one soon for the warmer days.

Hey Buddy...this turned out great.. Really smooth with a nice citrus aroma and finish. I would make this again. Color is nice too! I hope to hear about your run.

It's always nice to have success! I'm looking at Good Friday as my brew day for the Citra SMaSH. I'm going with 3 oz of Citra and 2 more in the secondary, but may reconsider as you say you have a smooth finish. Also, I plan on using BRY97 West Coast Ale yeast. I'll kep you posted!

Sounds Awesome man... I think the extra Citra would be a great idea...would make for a bright one. I love Citra and summer is coming too! 2 more in secondary..for sure!
