Kegged 6/16/2016. Just enough to fit in the keg, nothing left to sample. Lost .25 gallons to 2 empties of collection ball.

Pitched Vermont Ale & Safale 05 from belgian batch (collection ball). This worked great! 5/26/2015 - Added my cascade 1 oz to the fermenter. Will let it go another day and then open up the valve to get sediment into collection ball and away from the beer.

That took a lot longer than I thought it would. Ran into a few snags, should be much less duration next time.
