used 2 gal strike water and 2.25 gal sparge water. batch sparked at 170 for 10 min. Gravity at day 5 was 6.9BR converted to 1.011 SG. Began DIacetyl Rest at 68F

Used 2.5 gal 2 cups to mash. Strike temp 164.9 produced low mash temp of 152.4. Reduced Sparge water volume to 2gal -2cups. Will sparge with water at 160 for 15 min. Measured mash temp at second phase was 157.2.

Added DME to meet expected OG. Measured OG when topped up with water to 2.5 Gal was 1.052. Mashed with 3gal 3pints. Post boil was below 2.5 gal. Calculated Brewhouse Efficiency was 65.33%
