An IPA made exclusively with English Malts, English Hops, English Yeast and, er, Welsh Water. Will be using Jester hops (8.73% AA) as second bittering addition and for dry hopping as well, but no option for this on the drop down list :(.
50% RO, 50% A2 H2O Strike with 2.6 gal. Add 8g gypsum and 9mL phos. Target 152F. Acidify 6gal in HLT to 5.00. Add 8g gypsum to BK. Copper up to 7gal, boil 60 minutes. Add invert 5 minutes before EOB. 15 min wp, KO at 66F, pitch WY1318.
