Started with WeldWerks Hefeweizen Recipe (beerandbrewing.com/weldwerks-hefeweizen-recipe) and adjusted for availabel NYS hops and grains. Used Munich water profile / brunwater. Have 4 packs of WB-06 which is underpitching. Will add 1 pack of neurtral ale yeast (BRY-97)
Wheat beer conditioned on Spanish Cedar chips.
A Wheat Ale using Northern Brewer's Blue Loon White Ale as a base. Recipe was split at flame-out into 3, 2 gallon recipes; Blue Loon White Ale on Steroids, Ain't Yer Momma's Peach Pie and Ain't Yer Momma's Lemon Pie. Batch size was 6 gallons, scaled down to 2 gallon recipes
