North american pale wheat ale. Pretty close to the store bought beer in aroma, colour and taste, can't seem to get the IBU's correct but I'll play with that in different brews.

Watch 02 pickup to keep hop flavor fresh, Maybe add rice hulls if the mash is too sticky
