Special Instructions

1.
Water chemistry: 3/4 tsp gypsum, 0.5 tsp calcium chloride, pinch magnesium, pinch salt
2.
Adjust pre-mash pH to 5.9. Desired mash pH = 5.2.

Use rice hulls in the mash to aid lauter.
4.
Sparge to a boil volume of 7.0 gallons.
5.
Carbonate to 3.0 volumes.
6.
Dry hop at day 5 with 0.5 oz Sabro and 0.5 oz Lemon Drop. Let sit for three days then rack.
