This is intended to be an IPA inspired by Bells two hearted and is great for using my homegrown centennial and cascade hops. It can be adjusted by increasing the late addition and dry hops for boost in aroma during fall when harvest is available. Add a pound or two of leftover 2 row when available to create stronger IPA or remove a couple pounds to turn it into a session IPA. Swap the actual bells yeast for danstar nottingham if desired. based off a big beer recipe brewed by a buddy (Dan) which tasted really good, but a bit overly honey-flavored for me, so i reduced the honey down from 2 lbs. Also, cut back the malt a bit so the ABV would be under 8%, compared to the original 10% recipe. Once the centennial and cascade hop harvest comes in, I might try this with substituting cascade and centennial (maybe just keep the citra or amarillo).
