Mashed at 155 instead of 152 (hot day, hit strike temp a bit high and wouldn't cool down). For some reason, was very inefficient and only got OG of 1.048, so I added about 1/2 lb of table sugar to bring OG up to 1.055 or so. Also, forgot the carapils when ordering grains. If I do this again, will try with carapils and batch sparge or more carefully fly sparge.
