I'll try making a graff, which I understand to be a mix of wort and apple juice that is fermented. Let's see what happens. The apple cider that I purchased identified 26g of sugar per 8 fl oz, so it's 448g of sugar per gallon. In 3 gallons, that equates to 2.76lb. Yeast pitch is 200mL. The wort will be no sparge, so there'll be an efficiency dip.
