Brewing this again for the float trip, it was a hit a few years ago when I brewed it, I expect it will be again this year. I overshot my strike temp, waited until it came down and ended up stabilizing at 153.7, close enough. I'm running low on acidulated malt so added about a half tsp of lactic acid for the mash instead. I'll do a double dry hop on this as well, first addition during fermentation, the second when it's finished. I'll just add a small amount of the same hops already in the ...
