Brewing this again for the float trip, it was a hit a few years ago when I brewed it, I expect it will be again this year. I overshot my strike temp, waited until it came down and ended up stabilizing at 153.7, close enough. I'm running low on acidulated malt so added about a half tsp of lactic acid for the mash instead.
