Brewing with a bit of a change in hops, didn't have any Ahtanum hops, replaced with Comet. Bittered with Galena instead of Magnum. Mash temps were rock solid at 153.7 for the 60 minute mash, brew was smooth, I boiled vigorously and ended up a quart light or so in volume at 5.75 and the O.G. of a whooping 1.080. Wort was a beautiful gold, tasted as expected, sweet and bitter, I'm going to double dry hop this, threw a bit of citra and comet and centennial into the dry hop along with amarillo and ...
