Braggot claro con 3/4 partes de miel y 1/4 de malta. La variedad de miel corresponde a 4 kg de miel de azahar y 1 kg de miel de limón ecológicas ambas. Primeramente se elabora la parte de malta (cerveza), que son 1,8 kg. Un macerado sencillo con 5,4 litros de agua (1,8*3). Hervido de 60 minutos con añadido de lúpulo (eco) a los 30' y extras (zumo de naranja, piel de limón con los nutrientes de levadura y polen).
