Using the young pine tips from our Douglas Fir trees. First addition at 40 minutes and final addition at flameout.

Summerhouse IPA 14L Mash. Brew in a Bag at 67 celsius for 45 mins. 5L Dunk sparge at 77 celsius for 15 mins. Boil for 60 mins. Add hops. Cool. Add 1L yeast starter.
