Clone of Galway Hooker Irish Pale Ale from Oranmore, County Galway, Ireland. The name is derived from a traditional Galway fishing boat. The original is about 4.3% and 35 IBU. The critical component is the Pearl malt for its bready flavor, but Golden Promise probably close enough if Pearl not available. MO is more toast than bread and may be too much. I specified US-05 as I have it but WLP001 or WY1056 are equivalent for liquid yeast.
