Lote de NEIPA tratando de replicar los lotes 19 y 20, que fueron los mejores hasta julio del 2020. El lote lo voy a dividir en 3 jarrones para comparar el resultado utilizando tres levaduras distintas: s-04, s-05 y s-33. A diferencia de los lotes 19 y 20 donde utilice carapils, en este lote lo voy a sustituir con trigo en hojuelas.
