2.Mash out at 170 degrees F
3.Pitch yeast between 70 to 80 degrees, made yeast starter night before 2 cups water to 1/2 cup DME
I was worried about this one yet it came out very nice. This is not an in your face saison but very nice to sit on the back porch in the summer. Good ratings from all who have tasted.
