single infusion with 2.5 gal

Special Instructions

1.
Single infusion mash at 152 for 45 mins with 2.5 gal
2.
bring to boil. remove from heat and add malt extract.
3.
return to boil and add hops
4.
And end of boil add 4oz coarsely ground coffee and steep for 20 mins
5.
cool wort and add to fermenter. Top off with water to get 5 gal.
6.
pitch yeast and ferment per usual
