Special Instructions

1.
mash all grain except acidulated malt in 3.3 gal for 40 minutes then add acidulated for last 20 minutes
2.
sparge at 168 degrees

boil 60 minutes - cool - pitch yeast - ferment at 69 degrees for 4 days
4.
then add Raspberry puree and ferment for 7 more days - rack to secondary fermenter
5.
Then keg beer as usual
