chill wort to 180 add "flame out" hops. Whirlpool and hold temp for 20-30 minutes. Then chill to pitch temps.

Notes:

Kegged and dry hopped (2nd charge) with 1oz columbus and 1 oz simcoe. Added star san to keg. Hit with CO2 and tapped the star san out. Depressurized and racked beer into keg. Minimal exposure to oxygen. Dry hopped in keg.
