Special Instructions

1.
Single infusion mash. Mix all crushed grains with 4.75 gallons water at 171F, stabilize until 156F for 60 min
2.
Sparge with 175F water, Collect approx 6 gallons of wort runoff. Boil 60 Min. ** add irish moss at 30 MIN, Yeast nutrient at 15 MIN **
3.
Cool beer to 75F, pitch yeast and aerate heavily. Allow beer to cool to 68F.
4.
Hold 68F until fermentation is complete, then transfer to carboy for 1 week to condition.
5.
Bottle or keg after 1 week.
