Notes:

This beer was brewed 3 years ago. It tastes amazing now. It was rough but it's finally mellowed out and has become a very delicious beer. Still lots of banana and clove on the nose. The head retention is almost gone. It does still produce one but it doesn't last. The maltiness has subsided a bit and the alcohol is still heavily present on the back end. Will definitely remake.
