1.Tossed a pinch of chocolate malt in
2.Used cooler to mash don’t know volume in fermentor added a quart of water to compensate some ,oh well was 1.054 before water addition so I’ll know when I bottle
3.Yeast was old worried let’s see set temp at 65 to ferment used brunwater pale ale for water used distilled
4.Brewed 3/18 bottled 4/4 to 1.75 carbs used gelatin to clear us05 to reyeast in bottle
5.1.01 fg carbed to 1.7 ,dropped a six pack just bottled two hours to clean the glass and the basement smells like my fraternity used to!
6.Used brunwater for salts ,yellow dry , forgot the acid addition to the sparge
