Mar 9/2025 1230PM: Into FC set to 18C, pitched into 19C wort.

Mar 11/2025 6PM: FC still at 18C, big krausen, wort at 18.3C. Was at 17.6C last two days.
6.
Mar 12/2025 6AM: FC up to 21C to finish. Krausen has almost entirely dropped.
7.
Mar 18/2025 6PM: Into FC set to 0C to chill. Highest temp 21C.
8.
Mar 29/2025: Bottling day. Added 5oz dextrose to 19.5L at 21C for 2.6 volumes.
