Notes:

So refreshing. I think it's one of my better beers. Light, very drinkable and summery even as an English ale. Finished off at 1.016 which comes out to a whopping 4.3% ABV lol

Notes:

It's delicious... sample is at 1.020 w/ Green hydrometer 6 days after brew date. so I'm hoping it goes down a few more points... estimate was supposed to be at 1.010..so if it doesn't go down too much.. ABV will be in the 4% range.

Notes:

Used 1.4 Mash thickness.. next time go down to 1.3 or 1.2. It was too liquidy. Tasted a bit toasted.
