Special Instructions

Create a 1.5L starter to get 282 Bil Cells (Save approx 100 bil)

Treat water with Campden and per Bru'n Water Profile

Mash All ingredients together
4.
Oxygenate for 30 Sec at pitching
5.
Ferment at 62 ambient for 4 days then bump 1 Deg a day for 10 Days

Notes:

Still a little young on tap but tasted like the previous porter. Good beer, but too chocolaty and smooth; not what I expect in a stout. Needs more roast character.
