Notes:
Brewed 1/26. Ran out of 2-row, and accidentally started using wheat as replacement. Actual base malt mix is 7.5 lbs 2-row, 1.6 lbs wheat, and 2.9 lbs Golden Promise. OG 1.065, BRIX 16.5 with 5.3 gal yield.

Notes:
Cold crash starting 2/19. Final BRIX 9.1, so estimated FG 1.017 and 6.1% ABV. Light/medium brown in color. The nose is nut, chocolate, and fruit. Raisin dominates the taste, but roast comes through after. Mouthfeel is still thinner than I'd like, but for 6.1%, it seems about right.
