1.When wort is 50*F aerate with oxygen then pitch 425 Billion yeast cells
2.after fermentation has started, 24 hours later start raising temp 1*F per day for 10 days
3.hold temp at 60*F for diacetyl rest until final gravity is achieved
4.rack into secondary and lager at 35 degrees to lager for 6-16 weeks before packaging.
