Partial Mash - 5.0 qts. Heat to 162F. Oats and 2-Row in one bag, remaining grains in second bag.
Sparge Grains @ 170F, 5.0 qts. Oats and 2-Row, 3 qts. second bag.
Add Irish Moss @ 15min Boil remaining.
2 Cups water plus 3.3oz table sugar (sucrose), boil for 10 min, let cool. Place in sanitized bottling bucket and siphon beer on top.
